Many people are unsure of what formalities need to be followed in order for a funeral to take place. We offer help and guidance through every stage of the arrangements, whether for cremation or burial, religious or non-religious.

When the time comes to discuss the funeral arrangements, this can be done in our office, or at your home. Initial arrangements can be begun over the telephone.

THERE ARE MANY THINGS WE CAN HELP YOU WITH
INCLUDING

  • Transfer your loved one to our Chapel
  • Advice on registration
  • Arrange the funeral time and date
  • Go through all the necessary paperwork required
  • Place notices in newspapers
  • Arrange printing of service sheets
  • Floral tributes
  • Written confirmation and estimate

Religious or non-religious

A funeral ceremony can take many different forms, depending on your wishes. You can choose where and how a funeral service or memorial ceremony is held. We can arrange a religious minister to conduct the service or, if you prefer, a civil or secular celebrant.

We have our own Service Chapel that can seat up to 40 people and is available to hold a service.

Cremation

The cremation service can be religious or non-religious, and we can arrange for a service at the crematorium of your choice. You may also wish for a church service, to commemorate your loved one’s life. We will help you make all necessary arrangements and take you through these step by step.

Burial

If you wish for a burial service, we can arrange this at your local cemetery, churchyard, or if you prefer, there are several green burial sites located in scenic Shropshire.
